Leave behind/portfolio idea

I honestly had no idea what I wanted to do.  I looked through some brochures, so pamphlets, and other leave behinds that people made but still wasn't sure.  Then I looked back at one of my old posts and in the video I found he mentions Dane Creek Folios and their 8.5x11 acid free portfolios.  Considering that their price for one is $5.75, which includes 10 sheets of paper, my plan is to just order 20 or so pieces of either acid free paper or some type of nicer paper and recreate their portfolios smaller, probably 6x9. Also even though the main focus of these portfolios is for photography I think they'll still work great for any piece of work.
